Need for Speed World is the newest offering from the NFS franchise. What makes this game different from the others is that it is a "Massively Multiplayer Online" arcade style racing simulator. You can race against opponents from all over the world in real-time, track your stats, and earn bragging rights. You gain experience and level up as you unlock more challenging tracks and earn the ability to purchase and upgrade more powerful cars. I've played this game for a few weeks while it was in beta and it is very addictive and I am looking forward to it being released on July 27th, 2010. People that pre-order will get access to special cars and a one week headstart on the competition.
